I assume Ballard is out of the question? Or what about Ballard on Sundays during farmer's market time...As for Cap Hill, could you get a permit for the Harvard Market Parking lot? or somewhere on 15th ave e?
what about by the park at the end of 10th and roanoke? or somewhere up there by the roanoke tavern. what about eastlake? there's a parking lot above the mini mart/subway/sitka + spruce that maybe you could use a few spots... it's always empty!
Cal Anderson Park. Lots of parking spaces. Plenty of people. And, a big old park with lots of grass when the weather gets good. I'd be there every Saturday.
You guys need to roll south for a change! Rainier Valley residents near and far would flock to Columbia City for some Skillet. We're starting a movement at the RVP: http://www.rainiervalleypost.com/?p=4993
Yes, please come to Columbia City Saturdays or any day! We need options and you need our undying gratitude the form of brisk business with fun, south end folk.
Columbia City! We have lots of foot traffic on Saturdays and would love to have you in our hood. Cap Hill and Queen Anne have plenty of good eats to choose from.
While we love our authentic taco truck street food, the Airstream would be a very welcome addition. And starting in July you'll have the added benefit of folks riding light rail to Columbia City's doorstep.

(Note to Northenders: a "taco truck" is a trailer or other semi-mobile vehicle from which authentic Mexican food is served at affordable prices.)
Please, please come to Columbia City! Agree on Wednesdays for the farmers market and Saturdays. Might also want to head on down for the 1st Friday events. On top of that I'd recommend hanging by the Genesee playfield for all the soccer groups.
Yeah. Queen Anne = boring. Capital Hill = been there done that. All the cool people are south now. You would totally sell out Farmers Market Wednesday evenings. Not sure about the lunch crowd though. Dinner Thursday - Sunday would be smashing.
Columbia City! Please, come on down Skillet. I know showing up here for the farmer's market on Wednesdays is a long shot but you would sell out in an hour if you did. Every Wednesday we've got several dozen families looking for picnic dinners to enjoy on the grassy lawn behind the market. While the producers bring plenty of good farm wares, there's slim pickings on hand for an easy dinner.
If you can't make it down on Wednesdays, Saturdays would be great. Columbia City fills with foot traffic and the better lunch places have us waiting out the door. Come check it out!
I have to agree that Columbia City would be an awesome Saturday spot! There would be plenty of room for you in the Columbia Plaza parking lot. And Columbia Park would offer a great picnic location next door!!!

Come on down!
Amen to that! How about you head south of I-90! North Seattle has tons of options and gets everything! Time to even out the food playing field!
Please come south of I-90 - we are neglected and desparately need good food, the good food that Skillet serves.

Yeah yeah yeah - bring it to Columbia City! We've got taco trucks already, a skillet RV down in here in the RV just makes sense.
Definitely head down south! There are tons of us in the south begging for more good food!!
Sounds like there's lots of people lovin' the Skillet Empire.
