So..a really stupid question but I want to buy some bacon jam to take to my brother in L.A. for his birthday - does it need refrigeration before opening?
is fine even then...however we refrigerate ours for quality purposes.. I think sealed in the fridge keeps the taste a little more on the mark than if it isn't refrigerated and sealed..
